■Product features
・LUXO WAVE LED UV series has two independently controllable UV LED lights placed on the left and right sides of the lens, and has a "shadow-free magnification" that illuminates from two directions, and one left or right side light. Two types of inspection images can be obtained: an enlarged image that emphasizes the three-dimensional effect by using directional illumination.
・WAVE LED UV is equipped with a UV-A light source (peak 400nm) as standard.The UV specification is mainly designed for inspection of dielectric protection coatings, and the coating emits a dark purple color to detect uncoated areas. We make it easy to discover. It is effective for fluorescent flaw detection of stress-stained parts such as welds and solder joints, and can also be used for the restoration of art objects in museums and the inspection of ores.
・The long arm provides smooth vertical and horizontal operation, allowing it to always remain in the correct position without wobbling.
The joint mechanism in the head allows the lighting and lens to rotate vertically, horizontally, and axially, allowing for a high degree of freedom in product installation.
・A model with a magnification of 3.5x is available, and the lens is fixed and cannot be replaced, but by using LUXO-PUL, it is possible to add magnification.
