1. Notes

This online repair application will be accepted for a fixed fee .
Repairs other than those listed at the suggested price may not be accepted.
We may not be able to accept repairs depending on the nature of the failure ( particularly failures caused by modification or incorrect usage ) and model.
If the item cannot be repaired, we will contact you by email or phone and issue a refund or return.
We do not accept repairs by bringing in repaired items.
Normally, repairs will be completed within 10-15 working days after the repaired product arrives.
Once the repair is completed, we will ship it via Yamato Transport.
In the case of free repair, the warranty period is 4 years from the date of online purchase. In that case, please contact us directly.
If you would like to request repairs from the store where you purchased the product, please contact the store directly.

2. How to ship repaired items

After placing a repair order, be sure to write the order number received in the email in the product name field on the Yamato invoice.

*If the order number is not listed, the repair process may be delayed.

3. Packaging of repaired items

Please send the repaired item, AC adapter, charger, and other accessories packed in cardboard or a small bag.
Please protect it and send it without any damage.
*We are not responsible for damage or loss of products during transportation. Please note.

*Please remove fluorescent tubes beforehand.

Please send the repaired item to the address below using Yamato cash on delivery.
