■Product features
The bar light series uses a combination of high-intensity LEDs and lenses arranged in parallel to irradiate a flat beam of light onto an object, eliminating uneven defects such as minute scratches, dust, and sink marks on the surface. This is an inspection lighting for easier detection.
Barlight 530 has a beam irradiation width three times that of normal products (compared to Type II), making it possible to handle large workpieces that were difficult to handle with conventional products.
Additionally, in order to accommodate larger product sizes, we offer a wide range of mounting options such as table stands, clamp stands, and free arms.
The Barlight 530 type does not have the ability to adjust the light intensity or the spread angle of the light beam; they are all fixed.
As an option, we offer the ``Barlight Free Arm,'' which is suitable for environments that require a degree of freedom.
